$25/hr: non-profits, small community organizations 

$35/hr: open space (fitness classes, etc)

$45/hr: tables + chairs  

$55/hr: tablecloths, chalk board, bluetooth speaker, tv.

$65/hr: all amenities + online mtg capability 

$100/hr: After 7 pm.

*Discounts for resident teachers/vendors
